About Le Cheese Geek
We created Le Cheese Geek as actors would form a troupe to perform for the general public. We’ve come together to pass on our passion for cheese through workshops the way we like them: friendly, fun and educational!
Our aim is to give you the chance to taste the very best cheeses (made from raw milk, of course, and definitely farmhouse made), while keeping your feet firmly on the ground. Our little games, blind tastings and quizzes will help you discover artisans and production methods that are part of a positive cycle for the environment and for animals… and, of course, positive for your taste buds!

A little moment of happiness
We cherish the Sunday chicken, the Easter egg hunt, the pint with colleagues, the fondue with friends… so many harmless traditions that are essential moments of sharing, conviviality and symbiosis.
For 5 years now, we’ve been bringing people from all over the world together around gastronomic products to create these little moments of happiness, which we believe contribute to the beauty of life.
For us, cheese (and sometimes wine too) is a very friendly product, which has the power to bring guests together around a board to share an ultra-convivial moment.
Promoting the work of quality artisans
As you can imagine, we’re passionate about gastronomy. Above all, we’re lovers of the « good »: complex, evolving aromas, surprising textures, a long finish: a “je-ne-sais-quoi” that makes a big difference.
These exceptional gastronomic products can only be the fruit of the work of quality artisan producers, respectful of the earth and living beings. Artisans who, out of passion – and only out of passion – have chosen to dedicate a large part of their lives to creating unique products that are uniquely their own.
We’ve created our Food Buildings with this twofold aim in mind: to give you the chance to taste something « good », and to help you, in our small way, to become involved in a positive, sustainable consumption cycle.
Giving passionate geeks a stage
Eating is easy. It’s not so easy to taste. It’s even less easy to understand what you’re tasting. And yet, conventional channels don’t really include taste education, even though it’s a key factor in so many environmental and health issues.
We’ve brought together a small tribe of Cheese Geeks who are keen to educate you about the need to understand what we eat and drink.
Most of the Cheese Geeks work in cheese shops, aging cellars, fields and vineyards. They don’t always have the time or the leisure to tell you about their work and their values.
We’re thrilled to give them a stage to share their stories, anecdotes and their vision of the products.
For the love of taste, good food, great stories and shared happiness, we’re as excited as you are about this gastronomic adventure.
Shall we sit down and start tasting?
